Guild craft sometimes disappears after maintanence

I've submitted a guild craft for x8 Judgement Gloves to a queue and when I returned next day after maintenance it was no longer in the queue nor it was cancelled or completed. My guild mates mentioned that this is a known issue.

Good luck with that one. When it happened to me, it took me 2 weeks to convince them to replace the 2K titanium arrows that had disappeared, and that was after waiting 4 weeks for them to respond to the ticket. Their first suggestion was to relog. Gee, do you REALLY think I haven't relogged at least once in 6 weeks????? O.o
