When playing in window mode Market Rates are shown partially off-screen

When using Atlantica in window mode (vs. full screen) (which I was successfully doing for the last year) default position of the Market Rates window is _now_ set so that about 15% of it is off screen. So that the item icon and Location (market or my store) is not visible.
Still the window area is used inefficiently and some of the Item names do not fit in it.
