Allow expanding feast invite list after starting the feast

In some scenarios you may want to give you guild or friends the priority to enjoy the feast. But in a few minutes after start you may decide to share it with the nation. Without this feature we end up having conflicts and nation rules saying to ask permission to eat even if you are on invite list.
