Indy rewards should go to anyone who entered

If you crash out of an indy or you die and the last mob is killed and don't have time to get back in (as has happened several times in the advance trial) you lose out on the reward box. As the reward box is often the main point of the indy (particularly the trials), this seems wrong.

Given the game won't let a 4th person enter if the 3rd crashes they should get their reward even if they aren't in (either dungeon or the game) when the boxes are sent.

Wholeheartedly agree! Just last night, I solo'd DT and on the intermediate stage, meant to run NEAR to the portal and wait for the popup. I ran too far and left the area. In the time it took for me to turn around and go back in, the reward popped up and I got 0 boxes for completing it. This would also allow people to leave indi's immediately instead of waiting for the pop-up. For example, the pop up for Honey Jar is notoriously long. If you finish 10 minutes early, it takes nearly 5 minutes AFTER the clock stops for the completion box to pop up. In fact, many indi's lag once the last mob is defeated. This would allow me to get on with my life right away.
