Improve auto-battle AI

The auto-battle AI will randomly click on enemy monsters. It should instead demonstrate comprehension of what attack plan is most appropriate.

I agree there need to be more auto-battle options. RPG's for years have had this type of feature: attack the strongest monster first; attack the weakest monster first; heal first; attack first, heal second; attack the back row first, etc. I would like to see SOME type of battle tailoring for AB mercs. I often use AB, but say that it gives your mercs a lobotomy, e.g. gunners attacking a single monster instead of a column, monks casting "Awakening" on the BACK row, Vikings freezing one monster in the front row when the second row has three monsters, AOE magic being used on one monster in mob 3 when mob 1 has 9 monsters still alive, an archer killing a 2nd row monster in one shot in first turn but preventing a normal search robot from looting, etc. It would be nice to set it for each merc independently, like you can turn magic on and off under Skills. A 4th skill tab like "Battle" would allow me to tweak each merc individually instead of as a group. In addition to choosing how and who they fight, adding options such as "always guard" or "always skip turn" would allow me to put a brand new merc in form on AB and go into TBS skirmish, but I would not have to manually skip their turn to keep them from joining battle.
