Staff and battle mage mains with spell reflex talent rely on the deco/statue procs to damage multiple mobs in one shot. Unfortunately these procs do not trigger at all and spell reflex talent becomes pretty much useless in PVE if the target mob is killed in one shot. So to kill mobs faster have to reduce your attack (remove staff, rings, other gear) so that the target mob is not one-shot killed and the proc is triggered consequently killing target and several other mobs.
Please fix the proc logic to allow it to get triggered even if the first mob is one-shot killed.
