Have a Guild warehouse where any member of the guild can add to the warehouse, but only officer and above can remove. Also have a notice on what they removed and how much appear.

When you have an item on the market for a long period of time it deducts the price. Then you have to take it off and put it back on for the price it was and pay the fee again. I think this should be removed.
